ABOUT ME

My heart continues to pour out patriotism towards military men and women and our country they serve. I am the wife of a retired Air Force Colonel, and a mother of a Marine who served in the 90’s. I have written two books, self-publishing one.

     As I watched the changes taking place in my son after he joined the Marines, I was convinced that an in-country National Compulsory Service (NCS) would be a good thing for our young people.  I didn’t always feel this way. I was against my son serving until he became a Marine and showed me real patriotism.  Even though I regret feelings I had when I found out my son enlisted, I understand why I had them. It is because of those feelings that I wrote my second book “A Marines Mom”.  
    My desire for this site is to be a gathering place for support, knowledge and information for all of you faithful American citizens who have gone over and above the call of duty. Along with the above, this site will have much more meaning to all of us, when we hear from you our faithful country men, and get your perspective on issues.
