Do I qualify?
Typically, if you are the child under the age of 18 (or 23 if in full-time attendance at a place of higher education) or spouse of a service-connected disabled veteran rated at 100% disability, either permanently or through unemployability, you have access to a full range of benefits provided for dependents through the VA. Burial benefits are open to most veterans and spouses regardless of whether or not disability is present.
